By accessing or using TopCloserR ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
TopCloserR is a marketplace for sales professionals and vendors. You may use the Platform to browse vendor listings, events, and news. Vendors may use the Platform to list their services, post events, and share announcements, subject to admin approval.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, event details, and announcements. All content submitted by vendors is subject to review and approval by TopCloserR administrators. TopCloserR reserves the right to reject or remove any content that violates these terms.
Vendors may purchase featured listings to increase visibility. Featured listings are subject to the pricing and duration specified at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Top Closer Revenue LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Vendors retain ownership of content they submit to the Platform.
TopCloserR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of any vendor's services listed on the Platform.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
